As the Director of User Experience at SavvyCard, I am responsible for the comprehensive user experience (utility, usability, and appeal) of our products and services.  Taking a holistic approach, the functions that fall under the umbrella of UX at SavvyCard include software and service design , client implementation, user training, and user support.

  • Product and Service Design
    • Conduct user research to drive the organization’s understanding of our domain, clients, and users
    • Provide conceptual design, user interface design, and service design for new products and services in order to drive utility and usability of our offerings
    • Conduct usability testing to measure and increase the usability of our products
    • Work closely with employees in deployment, support, and training to insure that feedback from these client and user touchpoints is incorporated in to ongoing product and service design
    • Work closely with management in sales and marketing to insure that client feedback from these functions is incorporated in to ongoing product and service design
  • Deployment
    • Provide service design for product deployment process
    • Execute client onboarding during product deployment
    • Act as liaison to new clients during onboarding period
    • Provide feedback to ongoing refinement of the deployment process based project execution
  • Support and Training
    • Provide service design for user training and customer support processes
    • Design user training to provide information necessary to users to adopt our products
    • Work with trainers and support staff to continually refine our support and training processes
    • Deliver training to individuals, on-site groups, and webinar groups
    • Design product feedback process to enhance products and services based on feedback from training and support execution
